How do I know what the availability is of products? 

The availability of the products in the catalog can be consulted by telephone, or on our exclusive website for CYSM wholesalers.

Is it possible to make changes? 

Yes, changes and cancellations are valid until the moment the order is submitted. After the same they can no longer be canceled, however they can be exchanged for another product of your choice.

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping is calculated based on the base costs of USPS and UPS, the price may vary depending on the weight and quantity of products that are made in the order.

How can I pay for my orders? 

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, Money Orders, COD and PayPal. And it is possible to make your payment directly at the CYSM branch.

What is my profit margin with CYSM? 

The profit margin can be from 60% to 100% depending on the product. You can find out your earnings in more detail when purchasing your catalog or by requesting the official price list from our agents. The investment is recovered from the moment you sell the garment and it is possible to exchange those that you have not been able to sell.

What is the difference between sales per catalog, business and multi-store?

Catalog sales are characterized by direct sales with the customer (person to person). A business is one that sells from an establishment or premises. And finally, the multi-store is the business of massive sales, since there are several establishments or businesses at different points of sale, which allows it to reach a greater number of customers.

Do we make international shipments?

Yes, we do international shipments, the cost of the garment and the shipment will depend on the taxes and customs of each country.

What is the minimum monthly purchase?

The monthly purchase minimum is approximately 18 garments, with flexibility if your store or business is verifiable.

Does membership have a cost? 

No, however it is necessary to purchase products on a regular basis to keep your membership active.
